With over two decades of success in IT and consulting, I have built a distinguished career spanning sales, software development, project delivery, transformation, and business management. As Partner and Delivery Excellence Executive at IBM Consulting Asia Pacific, I oversee delivery and quality across a portfolio exceeding $1.5B in annual revenue, covering digital transformation, AI, Cloud, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity. ​

Beyond my professional career, I am a 10-time World Masters Athletics Champion across the 200m and 400m, most recently breaking the age world record at the World Masters Indoor Championships in Florida. My experience on the track fuels my approach to leadership — teaching resilience, focus, strategic execution, and adaptability under pressure.​
